Our Purpose & Mission

We built Vetroo because Egypt's pets deserved a better standard of care.

Vetroo is Egypt's leading veterinary clinic and premier pet healthcare destination. We combine accredited clinical medicine with high-grade nutrition delivered directly to your doorstep.

Our Story

Vetroo started in 2022 in Cairo, when our founders — a veterinary surgeon and a clinical pet nutritionist — realized how difficult it was for Egyptian pet parents to access authentic therapeutic diets and compassionate clinical care.

What began as a specialized clinic consultation room in Heliopolis has grown into an integrated clinical hospital, surgical center, and specialized nutrition store...

We remain obsessed with customer satisfaction, and every review and suggestion reaches our leadership team directly — ensuring our catalogue constantly evolves to meet Egyptian pet parents' needs.
