Payments are accepted via Cash on Delivery and direct electronic transfers (Vodafone Cash and InstaPay). Verification screenshots are archived securely strictly for accounting and order audit purposes.
Clinical data regarding your pets (vaccination history, species, dietary restrictions) is confidential and used solely by our licensed veterinary team to verify prescription diets and ensure appropriate healthcare recommendations.
