1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or ordering from Vetroo Egypt ("Vetroo"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and all applicable Egyptian e-commerce regulations.

2. Pricing & Orders

All product prices are quoted in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) inclusive of applicable taxes. Vetroo reserves the right to cancel or amend orders with obvious pricing errors or exhausted clinical inventory.

3. Prescription & Therapeutic Diets

Therapeutic diets (e.g. renal, gastrointestinal, or hepatic formulas) require valid guidance from a licensed veterinarian. Vetroo clinic staff may contact customers to confirm suitability before dispatch.

4. Delivery & Returns

Deliveries cover Cairo and Giza. Unopened standard supplies may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Opened foods, customized tags, and temperature-sensitive medical supplies are strictly non-returnable.
